Shipping

We try our very best to process and ship out all orders promptly (within 1-2 business) of payment receipt. However, there may be times where unfortunate circumstances may cause delay in the processing of orders by 1 day or so. When this happens, we try to keep buyers informed and up to date with the situation by email.

For domestic shipping (within the U.S.), I will either utilize USPS or UPS as the shipping courier. The average shipping time is 2-3 business days (this is the time-frame once the package has been processed and packed for shipping). We will send an email with the tracking number included once the package is processed and ready for courier pickup.
For international shipping, I use USPS Priority International only. The shipping time usually averages 6-10 business days (this timeframe is after the processing and packaging of the order for pickup). Once it has been processed, an email with tracking number will be sent to you.

*As with everything, there may be delays in the shipping time. Such as bad weather, holiday season rush, national holidays closures, postal strikes, etc...

Return: All returns must be applied within 30 days of receipt with the original receipt or invoice. The shipping cost is not refundable. You need to have return authorization by contacting us.

Warranty: Performance part warrants its entire product to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal service conditions for a period of 60 days whichever occurs from the original date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable, is valid to the original purchaser, and limited to the replacement of a defective product only. This limited warranty does not cover labor, damaged from accidents, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to Performance Part for inspection and approval. This warranty does not cover or assumes responsibility for any expenses, such as labor, towing, loading fluids, oils or car rentals. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have rights that vary from state to state. The above limitations may not be applicable in your state.

In regards to the items we sell & list, NO allowance shall be made to Buyers for any transportation, labor charges or parts adjustments repairs or any other work. Unless such charges are authorized in advance by Seller. Seller shall in NO EVENT be made liable for special or consequential damages.
