This is a Used OEM Vintage 1960 Evinrude 40HP Big Twin 2 Cylinder Upper and Lower Shifter Rod Linkage Assembly. The upper measures 18", the lower measures 11 1/4" and the center clamp section is 6". It comes as shown in the photos. See photos for details.
