plaque and two diminutive feet adorning the front of a spouted globular urn. The
Glyph C headdress, eye and mouth depictions identify this effigy as the rain god Cosijo, principal Zapotec deity and creator of the world.

Various rim chips commensurate with age, this dramatically decorated jar is without cracks, repairs or restoration and in
very good condition.
