Regarding Sizes: I have some OLD NAVY shirts and now a similar feel (100% cotton) Next-Level and Anvil Brands. 
All measure approx the same. 
Old Navy website says that
XS is size 0,2
S is size 4
M is size 6,8
L is size 10,12
XL is size 14,16
XXL is 18,20

Wash (inside-out) cold water, hang dry or tumble dry on Medium setting.
