Good.  Rebound with partial leather and marbled boards.  Dinged corners and cracking.  page edges.  Some tanning and age on pages.  Came from a smoker's home, so slight smoke smell.

Binding by spine and front cover (as shown) can use an easy reglue, but I'll leave that to you
