This mug is from Derek Jeter's Turn 2 Foundation very 1st  KickOff event June 26, 1997 in New York City. This mug was on every table that night. It was used that night and machine washed and never used again. This event took place at the All Star Café in New York City which has since closed. Roy Firestone was the MC of the event. Although he was the AL Rookie of the Year in 1996 and the shortstop of the the 1996 World Series winning NY Yankees- he was not that well known. We could not find people to go with us to the event. Things changed over the next 19 years. This mug would be priceless if you were to get it signed in silver.
