Purchased from saks fifth avenue, item comes to you New store display item with defects. Displays are handled in store and may show light/minimal signs of being handled. Please see image 12 for blemish on one of the blue topaz stones. Included is one pair of cufflinks and one set of 2 studs as shown in images! We purchase in large lots and the studs were in the set so we have listed them with this listing but are not normally sold together like this in stores. I guess you can call it a BONUS buy!
