This is a very rare sculpture purchased in Paris Pre-War.   It is in the school of Leger.   The cubism, the Adam and Even rendering on opposing sides of the sculpture, the premier level of the carving, and the hefty weight of the stone all add up to one remarkable example of the very best of the late 1920's Paris.    It measures 9 inches tall and approximately five inches wide.   This is a great opportunity for a collector of this period of Cubism, Art Deco, and Modernism.   Offered for the very first time from our collection.
