Sentences do not work well in word art.

Use a maximum of 2 - 3 words together.

Please send all your words in one message.

A sample will be sent for you to check the spelling and overall design before your order is printed or emailed.

Delays in sending your personalisation details or approving your sample will delay your estimated delivery date.

Once you have approved your sample, any spelling mistakes or changes requested afterwards are non-refundable.

Words are placed randomly within the design. Unfortunately, I cannot move individual words or change their size or position.

Samples include a watermark, which is removed from the final printed or digital version.

The font cannot be changed.

Colours may vary slightly due to different screen settings. Refunds cannot be given for colour variations.

Digital word art is supplied as a JPEG file and is suitable for printing up to A4 size only.

The file should not be printed directly from a mobile phone, as this can affect print quality.

Refunds cannot be given for home printing issues. If required, I can email a generic sample for you to test print before purchasing.

UK postage only.

Working days are Monday to Friday. I do not work weekends.

Please allow time for replies to messages. I aim to respond as soon as possible.

If you need your order urgently, please message before purchasing, as this option is not always available.
