If any of the items inside the box are damaged we (and the USPS) need pictures of the damaged items. Please let us know within 48 hours if you have received damaged merchandise. If your item is damaged you must keep it in it's original packing and box for a damage claim to be filed. We will provide you the information needed to file your claim for breakage. This is in your best interest as the refund will be paid directly to you. In the rare case that your item is not insured we will pay the damage claim directly to you.
