new size is marked xxlarge, made in us, by american power source. color is blue.  pull on no pockets full elastic waistband is 1" no fly.  at bottom of each leg on outside 2.5" slits for better mobility. full mesh lining.  not stretched =32" fully stretched =46" so will fit  i guess  38-44.top of short to  bottom of short =18.5" in the front and 19" in the back. all are gi issued. but can be different maker or  year. but all the same specified military item.
