TINKERBELL Disney wood Plaque Art You Can Fly Disney Collection Open House Rare.  This has many scratches and paint has been scuffed off in parts.  This is worn.  Must of been used for a special event(not sure).  There is scotch tape on the edges and the back has some stains.
