Care Instruction

Plain Apparels

For non-printed products, please check the product label and follow the care instruction.  

Printed Apparels

We collect plain apparels from the suppliers and print on them in our own print studio. So the care instruction on the product label only applicable for non-printed apparels. The following care instruction needs to be followed for printed clothing.

• Machine wash cold water
• Gentle cycle
• Wash with like colour
• No bleach
• No tumble dry
• Press with cool iron
• We recommend not to wash or get it wet within the first 3 weeks of receiving the item. We print and dispatch instantly. The colour needs some time to settle, so it will not come off easily.
• Wash it inside out.

 Order Processing

·         Our business working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. In the case of any order submitted outside these hours, processing time will be counted form next working day.

·         We send all our parcel to Royal Mail / Courier by 10 am.  So any purchase for Next Day Delivery after this time will be processed for the following working day.

Design & Customization

·         For personalised items, please send us your own design or image. If you do not provide design and request us to print text, we will use our own judgement for suitable font, style or colour.

·         We expect a complete design from the buyer. As a goodwill gesture, we may create or modify a design to satisfy the buyer. If you request us to create a design (Text with a specific font, alignment, colour; or adding image & text; or adding few images etc.), please remember we need additional time to create artwork based on your instruction and to show you an example (if necessary) for your confirmation.

·         If you request us to create a design; or if confirmation from buyers side become necessary due to the nature of the product or service, we will calculate the dispatch time after receiving a clear confirmation from buyer side.

Postage and Packaging           

·         Postage and Packaging costs are to cover the actual delivery cost, materials and labour in packaging and delivery.

Dispatch & Delivery

• We aim quick dispatch to satisfy our customers. 
• Goods are usually sent by Royal Mail Second Class delivery unless you select otherwise. We may use a similar service from a different courier if we find that is more suitable for the package. 
• If you need the items to be delivered quickly, or need the items for a specific day; you need you to inform us in advance. We will recommend the appropriate delivery service. You can request to have goods sent by special delivery or Recorded Delivery, so a guaranteed delivery date or /and a tracking reference will be available;  a claim can be made in the event of the item being lost. 
• Once posted goods are in the hands Of Royal Mail. We are not able to return it. We are not liable for late deliveries.
• Royal Mail 2nd class post is not a guaranteed delivery service. It generally takes about 3 working days to deliver a 2nd class post that imitates on the estimated delivery time on eBay. Please remember estimated delivery time doesn't guarantee the parcel will definitely be delivered within that period. Though royal mail delivers parcels within estimated time in most cases, it can be delayed sometimes; we will not be held responsible for late delivery.
• Buyer must make every effort to receive the delivery of the consignment.  If Royal Mail / Courier return packages to us as undeliverable / not collected,  they will make a charge. If this happens it will be necessary for us to charge the buyer to cover additional charge and postage to resent the item or deduct the return charge & primary postage if buyer request for a refund.
• If the item has not been received within 10 working days please contact us.

Refunds & Exchanges

·         Refunds shall be issued if goods are not as described.

·         If an item is faulty we should be contacted immediately and items should be sent back for a refund or exchange.

·         Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received.

·         Custom printed products are not refundable unless the product is damaged or there is a printing error by us.

·         Refunds will be given if the item is returned within 14 days. All tags and original packaging must still be intact.

·         Refunds will be given once the item has been received back. Please include your user ID and Item number with the product, for a faster refund.

·         All postage and packing costs for returns and exchange are to be paid by the buyer. 

·         Postage costs for items will not be refunded.

·         These policies do not affect your statutory rights.
