Authentic Brass Tobacco Tin in beautiful Quail Bird Design. Ornate brass tins such as this have been made and used by men and women of the Lisu Hill Tribe to store locally grown tobacco and other products for centuries. But antique tins like this one are increasingly difficult to find. If you are a serious collector, this is the piece for you. This is not a reproduction, it is an authentic antique Lisu brass tin that has been used. I got it during a trip to a Lisu Village. (Note the photo of the Lisu Hill Tribe Woman I took while visiting a Lisu village). I have included a brief history of the Lisu People below.
