This is a wonderful Sheffield Pewter Craftsman Teapot manufactured in Sheffield England in the early 1930's. The shape is enhanced by the labor intensive hand hammered workmanship, accentuated by a lovely deco band below the spout. The bakelite handle and detail on the lid are a beautiful addition to this "work of art." It is timeless! This particular teapot has had very little use. We have only had it for display. Pewter is becoming very collectible and for a very good reason. It is simply beautiful and measures 10 inches from tip of the spout to the edge of the bakelite handle and stands about 5.5 inchs tall. This Sheffield Craftsman Teapot is being offered from our collection for the very first time.
