This is a Wonderful The Kent Cottage by Olde Englands Classic Cottages. It is in very good condition with no cracks. There is however, a small chip or rough edge under/near the edge of the roof. I have included an up close photo for your visual inspection. The flaw is not very noticeable and does not affect the overall quality or integrity of the house. The figurine is crafted of a resin type material. The level of detail is beautiful on this collectible. This figurine would make a wonderful addition to your Cottage collectibles or your home decor!
