Here we have a Really Nice Glenco Floating head, looks new to me, if it used it has only been used one time. 

This type of floating head helps to automatically align your MT shank drill or reamer etc to center if your spindle center is not perfectly aligned with the center of your hole to be machined when it plunges downward.

This one is Not a tension compression style holder. 

The bore is Morse Taper #2

The shank is 1-3/8" diameter right hand threads, 

looks like acme threads.

Overall  is 6-1/4"

The largest outside diameter is 2.187" 

It does come with the knurled threaded nut
