The IP320 is an enterprise-grade communications device designed to provide the user access to all of the capabilities possible in Voice Over Internet and Voice Over LAN/WAN technologies. The IP320 is a HD (High Definition) equipped, 2 – SIP-Line phone; SIP is the most advanced packet-switched data transport available for voice communications. Through the use of SIP-Gateways the IP320 is also capable of interfacing the legacy telephony network.

Compatibility

The parts sold by YourOfficePhone all require the correct phone system to operate, not just phone service.  You cannot plug a phone into your house or home office without the exact phone system necessary to make the phone work. Warranty


Our 90 day warranty only covers normal use or if something is not working out of the box. We do not offer exchanges or returns for customer error, improper installation, improper usage, spilling fluids, dropping or throwing any part of the phone, or acts of God. Acts of God include lightning, fire, flood, power outages (surges), hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, or any other natural occurrence.
 

Returns


We accept returns for any reason up to 30 days.
