I have two different kinds of these[blue(Victory Deck) and green(Flash Deck)]  all new, in the original packaging.

These are from Japan so please note that they are in JAPANESE.

The starter packs all have the same 21 cards.    

All of my collectable items were acquired when I started an on-line 
store in Japan in 1995. So all of my items were 'only' sold in Japan and are between 1995 and 2005.
When I moved back to the states I brought all of my stock with me. They have all been in temperature controlled
storage and stored in sealed bins.
