After the design is tediously created, another piece of glass is placed on top and kiln fired for upwards of 20-hour; fusing all of the glass and color together. My packaging is very good but if by chance the USPS damages it during shipping

I will accept returns on unused items. The buyer will be required to pay the original shipping as well as the return shipping unless there was clearly a mistake on my part. If there was a mistake on my part I will do my very best to make it right by paying all shipping fees and if it is possible to send you a replacement with that shipping paid by me as well.
