Made of proprietary food grade material called Ceramber. 
This is much better than silicone as it stays stiff but yet is flexible. 
This is dishwasher safe.
This size colapsed is 9 5/8 x 6 5/8 x 1". The height expanded is 3".
for easy storage and holds 4 cups.

replacement with that shipping paid by me as well.
 
I recycle packaging materials whenever possible to be environmentally friendly.
My packaging is very good but if by chance the USPS damages it during shipping
