Art has long been regarded as a strong and safe investment. Ellen Kelleher a personal finance reporter for The Financial Times recently wrote an article recommending art, particularly in the $500 - $50,000 range as a sound long term investment with an impressive current average annual increase of 9.7 percent. This is the painting "Girl and Lamb" oil on canvas hand painted by an unknown artist. This is the actual painting you will receive. It is actually painted by hand, not a print, copied from an original 17th century painting (see * below).

The painting is in the style of the 16th century Renesaince work of Leonardo Divinchi. This is a large painting measuring 24"x30". The subject is depicted slightly larger than life-size.

(*) The original of this painting was listed for sale on eBay some time ago. The asked price was $10,000.00, however the original painting was relatively small and needed major conservation work to repair cracked and missing paint, tears in the canvas plus relining. I could not afford to buy or repair the original but it finally sold in spite of it's poor condition.

This is a bright, larger hand painted reproduction of that beautiful original. It was painted by an unknown artist in 2018 on cotton canvas so it will last a lifetime with proper care. The painting is a masterpiece that will draw much attention wherever it hangs.

If you like it best to "BUY IT" because it is the only one exactly like it. No prints will ever be offered.

The painting is now STRETCHED and ready to frame. I stretched it and now it will fit any frame made for a 24"x30" painting.

This painting will be shipped to you in a large box ready to frame. I will frame it for you in a nice frame for $200 extra including the larger package and postage difference.

Payment is expected within 24 hours of the close of the auction. If you need more time than that please contact me prior to buying/bidding and I will try to work something out for you. If you have not contacted me, and have not made payment by the 4th day, an unpaid item reminder will be filed as per eBay policy. All purchases will be deemed null and void.... then canceled should this time limit not be observed. The buyer may face eBay sanctions.

Do not wait for an invoice from me. I do not send invoices unless same are requested for multiple purchases on one payment. After you are finished shopping, just click the PAY NOW button on the screen to pay for your item(s). If you buy multiple items from me in the same day they should automatically be combined into one invoice by eBay in your shopping cart.

PAYPAL is the only form of payment I accept. However you do not need to be a PAYPAL member to pay for your item using PayPal. PayPal is set up to allow any buyer theability to use any credit card they want for a transaction. Just follow the process through your shopping cart. I ship only to the address indicated on your credit card or verified with eBay and PayPal.

Shipping:

FIRST CLASS USPS SHIPPING ONLY TO THE 48 lower contiguous UNITED STATES. Most items are shipped insured. Your package will be shipped with either delivery confirmation or signature confirmation depending on the value of the item at my discretion. If you require special service please let me know prior to bidding. Where items are shipped insured the Shipper becomes responsible for any claims forlost or damaged merchandise. In 45 years of using the mail I have never lost a package or had to make a claim against the USPS!!!!

I ship quickly, usually the next business day after receiving your payment. However, I live in a rural area a long way from town, also I do travel a bit throughout the year... so shipping may be delayedby a couple days. Patience is a virtue they say so please do not hold a few days against me. I do the best I can for an old man.
