2002 Official Rawlings All-Star Game Baseball played in Milwaukee, Wisconson. This was the last All-Star game that will ever end in a tie- it ended 7-7. NO MVP. Bud Selig embarrassed himself.
1st inning Barry Bonds hit a Derek Lowe pitch that center fielder Torii Hunter reached over the fence to deny Bonds an early Home Run.
Look closely when purchasing this baseball. The baseball's that were originally produced in 2002, came in a Green Collectors Box. Look at how different these original baseballs look- The stitches are completely different as is the leather from the baseballs produced later in the red box. Baseballs in the RED BOX are not the original baseballs produced for this event, but were made much later to meet demand.
This is a picture of a baseball from an opened box. That is why the baseball may not look perfect. However, you will receive a baseball from an unopened original box and a perfect baseball. The box may have some writing on it from a Sharpie, in order for me to be able to identity the particular baseball, but it will be the original box and will be unopened.
