Very good Condition. Binding intact. No dog eared pages. Slipcover has a couple wrinkles but no rips. There is a sticker on the back of the slipcover. And a sticker (UPC) on the inside back cover. The back bottom edge of cover has a 1/4 inch (.635 cm) cut on it.
