Very nice sterling silver and green enamel pin, reads "National Council of State Garden Clubs - Club President." Marked by the manufacturer and marked sterling on verso.  Other than a little discoloration on the back, the pin and the enamel are really nice.  Measures roughly and inch and an eighth.  Buyer to pay shipping, good luck!
