Vintage Ohio art circus theme tin metal spinning top. Four and three-quarter inches tall by 5 1/4 inches wide. Blue wood top. Works as it should. Normal wear from child playing with it except wood knob looks like a child has been chewing on it as shown in last photos. Overall good condition. Nice collectible
