This is a 'RARE' FIND. VINTAGE. I have had one of these in the past, a couple years ago, but I do not run across these too often. Mostly I find the ones made by Donvier--which I do have listed. This is made by SALTON--a very lage mfr of home goodies. They also make the famous line of George Foreman Grills.

Uses NO ICE; NO SALT; NO ELECTRICITY. The cylinder is made in Austrlia.

I will supply a 'copy' of the original manual/recipes booklet complete which I do happen to have in my collection--manual is not available on line..

Where this has been all these years is sure unknown but a welcome surprise. Model No. ICM-1. Makes up to 1-1/2 quarts of frozen desserts, yogurts and sorbet. Use the Big Chiller Filler to add in your favorite fill-in of fruit, nuts and candies.

--Now, you can make your favorite flavors at home with your own recipes.

It also makes Fruit Bases, Sherberts, and Ices. It has recipes for Frozen Mixed Drinks. Additional Uses: Ice Bucket; Make Ice Coffee, tea, or cold soups. Ice Cup. Diet Conscious Recipes: Sugar-Free Ice "Cream"; Frozen Yogurt; Sherbet; Ice Milk.

Makes Ice Cream in 20-30 minutes. Great for the kids.

There are some 'minor scratches' on the bottom of the cylinder--does not affect anything; one of the 'tabs' on the narrow strap that goes around the cylinder--one 'tab' is missing--see photo--again does not affect anything. It is 'missing' the crank to turn the blade. It is 6 sided as shown in the photo; you probably can find something to work or you might try call Salton 800-233-9054 to see if they might have any parts left.

I am pricing this very reasonable since it is missing the 'handle'--GOOD LUCK.
