This is an 8" x 10" matted, autographed, color photo of Colin Powell,
driving an Indianapolis race car. He was the former U.S. Secretary of State and a retired four star general in the U.S. Army. This is an original autograph, not a
copy, signed in black Sharpie pen. The photo is double-matted to
an 11" x 14" size. The outer matte is navy with a red inner
matte, which really enhances the photo. I have added an acid-free backing
board beethind the photo to protect it.
