United States Shipping
We ship to 50 U.S. States, Puerto Rico & APO/FPO Standard shipping includes insurance and handling charges. New Jersey requires that we collect sales tax on orders shipped within New Jersey. Please contact us vie email or phone to change shipping options.

International Shipping
We ship via USPS unless a different service is requested. Shipping price covers all shipping, insurance and handling charges. On orders shipped outside the USA there may be local customs or duties. International buyers are responsible for any import tax or fees. We do not sell Sigma German goods or ship them to Germany.

 

Terms of Sale

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offers a generous 30 day return or exchange policy on most items. We will offer a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange for qualifying items returned within 30 days of the order date. All new merchandise is warranted unless otherwise specified. If your items should arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will give you a return authorization number. All merchandise must be returned with all original manufacturers packaging and paperwork, including the box within 30 days of the order date. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number from our store. Non-defective items and items that are being returned due to buyer remorse which qualified for "free shipping" on the original order and are being returned will have the standard shipping charges deducted from the amount of the refund or credit.
