Combined Shipping Costs:

Returns & Errors:

If you ordered the wrong product, please contact us immediately for a RGA (Return Goods Authorization). All returns must be freight pre-paid and returns will not be accepted unless the RGA has been arranged in advance. A 20-35% restocking fee applies to all returned goods unless we shipped the order incorrectly.

Warranties/Guarantees:

We are a distributor so all product purchased from us comes with the manufacturers limited warranty. Modification or misuse (including overloading) of product voids the warranty and absolves the seller of liability. Access Casters is limited to repair or replacement under manufactures warranty of any product determined to be defective under normal usage. Casters are to be used for manual operation, consult Access for temp ranges not listed on our website. Special ordered product may not be returnable or cancelable.

Loss or Damage in Transit:

By law, title for goods sold transfer to you the Customer when we give the product to the transportation company. All claims for damage or loss should be taken up with the transportation company. Please note damage immediately to the transportation company. We will assist you to the best of our ability for any freight claims that arise from the shipment. You must notify us of any damage, shortage, or wrong product shipped within 10 days of receiving the product.

Ship Date:

Most product is shipped within 3-5 business days from the time we place the order. Items needing 2 weeks or more are noted in the item. We assume no liability for lost profit, incidental, or consquential damages due to delay, factory error, or product failure.
