Tires are extra soft (60 Shore A) Durometer, extra thick rubber vulcanized to cast aluminum wheel centers.  Straight roller bearings and lubrication fittings standard in the hubs. *Since the capacity ratings do not take into account the rollability effort required  on soft rubber tires, reduce the load rating by about 50% for manual operations.   Used for bottlers-trucks, pottery trucks or even baggage trailers.
