Here we have an original visitors pass to the US House of Representatives signed (not stamped) by Congressman James 'Jimmy' Morrison of Louisiana and dated August 29, 1960. This was for the 86th Congress. Morrison was a populist in the Louisiana tradition and best remembered for his support of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 - a vote which cost him his seat.
