Vintage Venetian Glass silver-tone overlay decanter with stopper top and matching pair of small glasses feature elegant scroll design and scene of Venice. Decanter measures 10-1/2" tall (top of stopper to bottom of base) x 5" long at longest point x approx. 3" wide at widest point. Base without stopper measures 7-3/4" tall. Matching glasses each measure 2-1/4" tall x 1-1/2" square at top. These are used pieces of vintage glassware and show significant signs of wear and have multiple flaws. No cracks, but decanter has approx. 1/8" shallow chip on top rim, three small 1/16" just larger than flea bite chips on inside top rim, and a 1/16" shallow flea bite chip on outside top rim. Stopper top has four small flea bite chips and a larger 1/8" shallow chip on bottom of stopper, and spots that are slightly rough to the touch on the protruding outer rim end points. One of the glasses has a 1/8" shallow chip on top outer rim, and three small flea bite chips on outside rim. The other glass has several spots on top outside rim that are slightly rough to the touch. Decanter, stopper and both glasses all have visible wear to silver-tone in multiple spots, including several spots on each where silver tone has worn away completely. All have visible scuff marks and scratches inside and out, tops and bottoms, consistent with moderate to heavy use and handling, and including bottom portion of stopper that is inserted into decanter that shows significant scratching and wear.
