Up for auction is a Marvel Legends MAGNETO. The figure in the photo is the actual item you will be receiving. Figure is brand new and has never been out of the package and the package has much, much heavier than normal shelf wear although the figure inside is still mint condition. (SEE PHOTOS).

There are two significant areas of concern with the clamshell, most notably the bronzing color or it. This is mostly due to age and storage, but can be a bit of a distraction if displayed. Secondly, there is a crack in the package near the top left of the side of it. However, neither of these flaws will impact the figure itself, and if your plan is to open it, they are pretty irrelevant.

I ship within 3 business days of receiving payment. Payment is due within 72 hours of winning the auction. Shipping is a flat rate of $9.00 with tracking information.
