International Express Mail is the fastest option and offers tracking.
International Priority Mail is fast with limited tracking (you will see tracking as it leaves the US postal system but tracking is limited after that depending of the destination country's postal system).
1st class international is the slowest option and offers no tracking capabilities except for the initial receipt by the US postal system. 1st class international will commonly take 2 weeks for Canada and 4 weeks elsewhere. Occasionally these transit time can be double. 1st class international is not recommended during December and January as transit times can often be triple.

Please note that the receiver is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees incurred at the time of delivery (that is if your country chooses to have the postal service collect them). EBay does not allow us to charge for or collect any of these.
