This necklace is not very old and it has never been used - I bought it approximately 10 years ago for myself but I never did have an outfit to wear it with. Now is a good time to part with it and let someone else enjoy its beauty.
I believe it is made in Morocco but I could be wrong about that. The large yellow beads are resin or African Amber, they do not look natural to me, more like a beautiful type of lucite or plastic. The white dish shaped beads and the large brown and white striped beads are made of cow or goat horn. The metal is not pure but it looks like silver.
The white is off white - beige - not snow white.
