One owner top hat in near super condition as there is a extremely minor tare in fabric under rim on bottom side as shown in photos otherwise as new. The $300 hard case is dusty but all straps are present. Lable states size 7. I believe this to be Beaver but have been suggested otherwise to the contrary.
