Please find our full range of sheet metal fabricated Metal Circular Ducting fittings, they are all made with an O/D measurement for connecting either straight lengths of metal ducting or flexible duct **accept** for the Female Connector which has an I/D and is made for connecting fittings closely together.
i.e. So if you are ordering a connector to join Flexible Ducting together with hose clips or Metal Ducting with rivets or drill screws you will need a Male Connector.

**please take note** :- the sizes of all fittings are made with an outside diameter (O/D) of ("148mm to 149mm" ) dependant on which fitting and which manufacturer, but are all manufactured to Eurovent Specifications to enable them to fit inside internal diameters of Metal Spiral Ducting and Flexible Ducting.

1 :-** When ordering please select the item you require from the drop down menu**
2 :- Highlight the quantity box and enter the quantity you require, pre set to 1, edit your requirement**
3 :- Click add to the basket, you will now be taken to the view basket or checkout, if you just want the 1 item, click proceed to checkout**
4 :- If you require more items, then click the option continue shopping on the right hand side, click this and continue, repeat until you have ordered all of the items you require.

The prices shown at checkout will be correct and include the discounted postage and PACKAGING its not just postage, there are other factors to take into account such as (packing materials and time for sorting and packing) in the total, we have chosen this method instead of including full postage on every item (like most on ebay do), so the item is priced economically, (check the TOTAL payable with others who offer free post, I am sure you will see we are much cheaper)

Dispatch Time
We try to dispatch all items in 3 to 5 Working days from full payment being received, this does not include weekends or bank holidays, so please give at least 7 days from order for your delivery to arrive. We do not offer Collection as an option, all items dispatched only.
Delivery Area's
Please note that the delivery charge shown is for Standard Mainland delivery, should you live in out lying places such as the Highlands and Off Shore Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland or any other Off Shore Island within the UK, there will be surcharges to the delivery charge shown, so please email us before ordering or request a total on ordering so we can update the payment request with the correct delivery surcharge.
Returns
Our returns policy covers the distance selling regulation, which allows you to change your mind (cooling off period) but we must be notified within 7 days from receipt of your delivery and the item/items in question should be in the unopened as delivered packaging, if the items have been removed from the packaging and repacked, we will not accept as a return, we do not refund the postage cost as sent and we do not refund the return postage cost, in the event of free postage, the actual postage charge wont be refunded and a 15% re stocking charge will be incurred on all returned items for refund.
In the event of faulty or broken items being received we offer a 12 months replacement parts warranty, Items must be returned for inspection and testing, return postage is not refunded. Once inspected or tested to prove the fault, a replacement part (simular or equiverlent) will be sent free of charge. Please email us first, then once notified, return the item with the paypal or ebay sales order (copy) and a note telling us what is wrong and your return address details, this can take up to 14 days.
