Caption on back: "This United States Coast Guard Station, No. 219, located at the mouth of the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland, Ohio, is one of the many stations on the Great Lakes and along the coast lines of our country. The men stationed here maintain a constant vigilance, protecting the interests of the United States and often going to the assistance of boats in distress."
