1869 JAMES DONALD CAMERON Handwritten/Signed Letter To General HORACE PORTER on Northern Central Railway Company Letterhead ~ Secretary of War

There are several references to the president (Grant) in this letter. General Horace Porter was President Grant's personal Secretary.

CONDITION:
There is moderate edge ware with edge line chipping and denting. There are some small tears along the edge line. Corners have moderate rounding and crushing. Overall creases are moderate. There are some heavy mailing folds. Soiling/darkening is moderate and heavier along the borders.
