4 ELPAC POWER SYSTEMS FW5102 Regulated 12VDC 4.15A POWER SUPPLIES plus AC Cords
Clean used tested (dependable Fluke voltmeter used; tested under load to produce 12.1 - 12.3 DC volts) power supplies. We are selling these in "lots" of 4 items per lot, each item in a single lot consisting of 4 power supplies plus 4 matching detachable AC power cord (standard style grounded 15 amp). So: Buy 1 lot = 4 power supplies plus 4 detachable AC cords. Please see the listing photos.
All power supplies are identical. Most of the cords are new though generally "bulk packed" without being individually bagged. If any are used they will be undamaged with few if any signs of ever having been used. There may be some variation in the "look" of the included AC cords, but they will all be the same type of cord, all 5' to 6' long. If it matters to you, odds are that we can on request easily find 4 absolutely identical AC cords to ship with each lot that you order.
We also have created a separate listing where (a) we sell by the "each" rather than in lots of 4, and (b) power cords are not included on that other listing. We have separated these listings because if we sold these by the "each" in that other listing including a power supply and a cord, the weight of the power cord would add an average of $4.00 to the cost to ship a single power supply to the buyer who chooses Free Shipping, compared to the cost of shipping one without a cord.
In this listing, due to there being some USPS Priority Mail "Flat Rate" shipping boxes where we can either know, or better predict, our shipping costs in advance, we may be able to upgrade your shipping type to USPS Priority Mail even if you choose Free Economy Shipping, especially if you are within 100 miles of the San Francisco Bay Area.

This tip is of a fairly typical size inside and out for a 12 volt power supply's output connector. We measured it as follows:
Outside diameter 7/32 inches (converts to 5.56mm, rounds up to 5.6mm)
Inside diameter 3/32 inches (converts to 2.38mm, rounds up to 2.4mm)
We have, as of January 21, 2026, well over 75 of these power supplies, maybe over twice that amount, and likely including well over 100 of the detachable AC cords we obtained together with the power supplies. We will never list so many of these sets including power cords as available via our eBay listings, that the total number listed in one or more listings at any one time is higher than what we can "cover". At some point in the future we may finally do a total count, but there's no reason to do that yet!
FREE LOCAL PICKUP (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY): PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT TO PICK THIS UP FROM US AT NO CHARGE TO YOU OTHER THAN YOUR PURCHASE PRICE (plus tax if added by eBay): If you want (or agreed to, as part of an accepted Offer) the Free Local Pickup option, it is much better to make that choice before you finish with "ebay checkout". Ebay used to be very strict about that, though apparently it is possible, if done very soon after purchase, to make other arrangements with the seller, that are confirmed in writing by messages between buyer and seller so that ebay will be able to review things and decide if to approve an after-the-fact decision by the buyer to want the "local pickup" option to apply. Since I have a one business day turnaround time between date of payment and date of shipment, any change in your choice on this topic has to be done quickly so that I don't get a "ding" on my timely shipments record than I then have to try to get ebay to remove.
And one more thing: We're a small outfit that does not have an always-available pickup or customer service department, so pickups must be by appointment only. Please don't show up unannounced and assume you can be helped. FREE "ECONOMY CLASS SHIPPING". This Free Shipping option via shipping method eBay says meetings its standard for "Economy Class" is true no matter how many of these lots that you buy! We choose which such method to use (since we're paying for it!) from available choices such as "Fedex Ground Economy" or "UPS Ground Saver".
DISCOUNTED USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING starting at $7 for a single lot of 4 units (our actual cost to ship a single lot of 4 of these, even at the discounted rate eBay offers its sellers, is around $9 as of January 26, 2026); if buying more than one lot in a single transaction, all to ship to the same address, each additional lot will cost $5 more. So for example, if you bought 2 lots of 4 each, you'd be billed a total of $12 by eBay.
If you buy 4 lots in a single transaction, all to ship to the same address, eBay would automatically bill you for shipping as $7 plus $5 plus $5 plus $5 more, because eBay has no feature to not keep adding another $5 to the total shipping cost if you buy more than 2 lots at once. But we can arrange to fix that issue as follows:
A. We'd have to refund any shipping cost you were billed by ebay beyond the cost to ship 2 lots together. If you check our feedback you'll see that we are a long term trusted seller, so if we promise to send a partial refund, you can rely on that promise.
B. Your alternative, unless you have agreed by eBay to be automatically billed once a sale has been completed, is to ignore any bill that eBay automatically sends you after the sale, and instead wait for us to send you a custom invoice where we'd lower the shipping cost to match this section. We'd send such a bill in that circumstances within 1 business day after you buy.
Please note that when we speak in this listing about "Priority Mail", we mean the basic type of Priority Mail. We are not referring to the much more expensive USPS service called "Priority Mail Express" (that until about years ago was referred to as "Express Mail").

RETURNS IN GENERAL: Please be sure to save all shipping and packing materials (box, padding, etc.) for the length of the potential return period, in the event a return is to take place. If you have any questions at all about the condition of the materials, however, please contact us first to confirm that we would authorize you to re-use those materials in returning an item to us, since sometimes those materials get chewed up enough during initial delivery that they need to be repaired or replaced before being re-used.
