This is a Kenneth Cole Women's Watch. The dial is brown and says "Kenneth Cole New York" on the watch face. The band is stainless steel, bracelet style; the inner circumference of the band is 6". This watch is stainless, water resistant, with a quartz movement and analog display. 

It is in excellent condition, however it is in need of a new battery.
