This has 4 leads. 

Uses one (1) AAA Battery. Battery not included. 

This is used on Charbroil Big Easy with 3 burners and side burner. Ducane 42" Meridian. Fire Magic, Tec,  Sams Club, many Kenmore, Ducane 3400, 4400.
