This Allen-Bradley Ethernet Driver provides connection to Allen Bradley ControlLogix, CompactLogix, PLC5, SLC500, and MicroLogix PLC families via an Ethernet network connection. It also supports the Allen Bradley 1761-NET-ENI module which allows you to add your older DF1 processors to your Ethernet network.
The included Excel sample application shows how to create a simple application to gather data from the Allen Bradley ControlLogix, PLC5, SLC500, and MicroLogix PLC families via an Ethernet network connection. It includes the capability to communicate from your desktop or laptop computer via an Ethernet connection to your PLC. The driver is an ActiveX dll control and is field tested in several projects and applications.
