Up for sale is a vintage watercolor gouache impressionist landscape, on thin board, by listed artist, Arnold Turtle.  Including the frame, it measures 18" by 15 3/4".  Without the frame, the painting and matte measures 12" by 10".  If you look closely, you'll see that there's some staining on the matte, but the painting is fine. Photo's #8-9 show that the top portion of the matting is not attached to the painting. Most of the back of the painting is attached to the matte backing. The clips that holding the painting in the frame need to be replaced, otherwise, the painting and glass will fall out.  If someone doesn't care about the frame, then I can mail it more cheaply without.  The painting isn't signed, but attributed to Arnold E. Turtle.  I purchased this from an auction house and was told that the consignor's parents knew the artist personally, and was given this painting as a gift.  This estate had quite a few of his painting.
