** Due to a shortage of recycled white plastic from their supplier, we have been informed by Manrose Ltd that "Flat Channel and Circular Ducting" will be supplied in Light Grey, fittings still in White**
We have set up the listing to make it easier to order a range of items on a multi item order all associated to the 100mm 4" Circular Ductings, so making it easier for you to select all the correct components for your project.

**HOW TO ORDER*

1 :-** When ordering please select the item you require from the drop down menu**
2 :- Highlight the quantity box and enter the quantity you require, pre set to 1, edit your requirement**
3 :- Click add to the basket, you will now be taken to the view basket or checkout, if you just want the 1 item, click proceed to checkout**
4 :- If you require more items, then click the option continue shopping on the right hand side, click this and continue, repeat until you have ordered all of the items you require.
5 :- If you have ordered a number of items, go to view basket whete you will see the total due including discounted combined postage, then click the proceed to checkout
**Exceptions to this are the Highlands of Scotland and any off shore UK Isles (Orkney/Shetland, Western Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly) and Northern Ireland, as surcharges may apply, if unsure please check, we do not send outside of the UK as these items are bulky, this includes the Channel Islands**

**SOME HELPFUL TIPS**
When selecting your multi items, please note that all CIRCULAR DUCTINGS are all internal diameters, all the FITTINGS are made to fit inside the CIRCULAR DUCTINGS, if you are connecting flexible ducting to the Circular Plastic Ducting Tubes, you will need a male connector or male fitting in the end of it to connect it as it wont go over the ducting or will be very tight.

Dispatch Time
We try to dispatch all items in 3 to 5 Working days from full payment being received, this does not include weekends or bank holidays, so please give at least 7 days from order for your delivery to arrive. We do not offer Collection as an option, all items dispatched only.

Delivery Area's

Please note that the delivery charge shown is for Standard Mainland delivery, should you live in out lying places such as the Highlands and Off Shore Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland or any other Off Shore Island within the UK, there will be surcharges to the delivery charge shown, so please email us before ordering or request a total on ordering so we can update the payment request with the correct delivery surcharge.

Returns

Our returns policy covers the distance selling regulation, which allows you to change your mind (cooling off period) but we must be notified within 7 days from receipt of your delivery and the item/items in question should be in the unopened as delivered packaging, if the items have been removed from the packaging and repacked, we will not accept as a return, we do not refund the postage cost as sent and we do not refund the return postage cost, in the event of free postage, the actual postage charge wont be refunded and a 15% re stocking charge will be incurred on all returned items for refund.

In the event of faulty or broken items being received we offer a 12 months replacement parts warranty, Items must be returned for inspection and testing, return postage is not refunded. Once inspected or tested to prove the fault, a replacement part (simular or equiverlent) will be sent free of charge. Please email us first, then once notified, return the item with the paypal or ebay sales order (copy) and a note telling us what is wrong and your return address details, this can take up to 14 days.
