Same-Day Dispatch
Order before 12pm (Monday-Friday) and your order ships the same working day.
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

UK Standard: Please allow up to 7 working days before reporting an item as undelivered.
UK Next Day: Delivered on the next working day (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

International: Delivery times vary depending on destination. Please allow up to 21 working days for international orders.

Returns Policy

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch, I'll do my best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Changed your mind? That's fine too!
Returns for unwanted items are accepted within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unopened, unused, and in perfect condition. Return postage for unwanted items is the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds can't be given for items returned outside the 30-day return window.
