Refunds or Returns:  All items are 14 day money back unless otherwise indicated in listing.  If you have questions or problems with you item please contact us and we will assist you.

Shipping:  All items to be shipped using Canada Post unless otherwise noted.  Delivery times vary depending on the service chosen, US and International deliveries may be held in Customs for 1 to 7 days (average 2 days) which will delay delivery.  We will ship via untracked Letterpost – delivery times up to 6 weeks depending on your location, refunds only available after delivery window has expired.

In Canada we can also offer discounted rates on Loomis Express  – please contact for quote.

We only charge actual shipping costs – postage + small charge for packaging materials.  Any overpayment of more than $1 will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Combined shipping is provided on all orders – you will be charged the actual cost to ship the package.

Custom Orders:  Please contact us if you have any custom product requirements – ie: longer cables / custom pinouts etc.  We can provide you with a quote for your specific application.
