We've received 3 negative feedbacks because of cabinets. All of which the buyers have not contacted us to try and resolve any issues. 
These cabinets have been around for a while and the boxes are tattered/worn from storage. They weigh a lot and it's impossible to prevent. 
The contents are actually in good shape due to the way they are packaged in the box. 
The instructions are terrible because they have been translated by a foreigner but you can easily look at the parts and assemble without instructions. 
I've assembled over 100 cabinets and have never read them. 
If it is damaged then this probably happened during shipping. Please contact us and we will send you any parts or panels that you need. 
The shelf clips are typically brittle from age and we include new ones. 
Sometimes the laminate strip on the front of the shelf comes off and will have to be glued back on. This is common to all of these cabinets.
