REWIRE STEPS:
1.Disconnect main power.
2.Disconnect and remove existing ballast.( ballast must be removed before installation) (leave ballast in place if desired but make sure it is disconnected from mains) 3. Connect AC straight power 85-277 V to the lamp socket as per diagram.

FAQ :Q:do these lights have a yellow tint or bright white look? A:The ones we got are a bright white. Best upgrade ever for fluorescent lighting. Q: can these lights be left on 24 hrs a day ? A:Yes they can and we do. Have had them installed for 20 days now. Q: Can these bulbs be used on a 8' fluorescent fixture that the base says T-12 ? A:These are 8ft bulbs and are for use in a standard 8ft fixture. T-12 referes to the diameter and this will not be a factor for these bulbs. They are a pin base or FA8, not a two prong "bi-pin" as some fixtures so make sure this is correct. Also, you will need to bypass the ballast, and wire one side to neutral and the other side to hot | FAQ :Q: What is recommended for an office? Clear or frosted A1: The clear cover seems to be a bit brighter.
Q: Does this bulb sag in the middle? A1:They sag approximately 1/2 inch. Over the total length it is barely noticeable. A2:Yes slightly. I used some clear fishing line and attached it to the screw that use to hold on the balest. | Application / Usage:
